SIREN is a health and safety service coordination platform. Independent licensed professionals create service listings, set their availability and rates, and accept bookings through the SIREN Network. People request services by text, through the website marketplace, or through a web request form. SIREN coordinates the match, manages the visit, and documents the record.
02 — How services are accessed
Text SIREN at 1-877-311-4181. Visit siren.global. Submit a request form. All three channels route to the same verified provider network. No app required. No referral required. No prior authorization. The simplest interface is the primary one — because a text message reaches anyone, on any phone, on any carrier.
03 — How services are paid for
Three channels fund access to the SIREN Network. Individuals pay per service through the open marketplace. Organizations — employers, senior living communities, government programs, and NGOs — offer SIREN as a prepaid member benefit. Government coordination partners, including HUD-funded communities and emergency management programs, access SIREN as coordination infrastructure. Same network. Same providers. Same standard of care.
04 — Who delivers the services
Independent licensed health and safety professionals. Physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, registered nurses, LPNs, nurse practitioners, EMTs, paramedics, mental health professionals, CNAs, patient advocates, doulas, and others. They set their own terms. SIREN provides the infrastructure — routing, verification, payments, documentation, and compliance.
